Katerina Fameli, Doctoral Student, Change Management
Katerina Fameli is a Doctoral Student at the Athens University of Economics and Business, Department of Management Science and Technology, Management Sciences Laboratory (MSL). She has received a BS in Social Administration, Division of Social Administration and Policy from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece, and an MBA-TQM European Master in Business Administration-Total Quality Management from University of Piraeus with her Master's thesis focusing on Total Quality Management in Healthcare Services.
She has acted as trainee auditor in ISO 9001:2000 at TUV Rheinland Group and is in charge of special advisory missions at the Hellenic Ministry of Health and Social Solidarity. Her doctoral research lies in the area of Organizational Change, examining the factors that govern the way that change unfolds in the healthcare sector.
