Course Description
Theoretical frameworks methods and tequniques used currently for studing analyzing designing and managing work systems supported by ICTs.
Three basic pillars structure the course:
- Theoretical framework combining work systems, business processes and IS as a basis for business analysis and design of organizational systems and technology
- Basic methods and tequniques for analysis and modeling of business processes emphasing the use of information systems with the use of ARIS toolset.
- Implementation and value creation of analysis and modeling results for performance management and strategic alignment of information systems.
