SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
The conference will solicit papers in all areas of macroeconomic theory and policy and finance. All papers can be submitted electronically through the following page: https://apf.aueb.gr/paper-submission/
The deadline for submission is February 28, 2026.
Jointly authored papers should be submitted by the person who will present the paper, if it is accepted. Please note that each participant may present at most one paper. Upon acceptance of a paper the registration fee is € 350. The registration fee for Ph.D. students is € 200 (a letter of proof of Ph.D. student status is required from the head of the department). In case there is more than one author per paper, only one registration fee is required. Additional registration is applied when all the authors participate in the Conference.
Special Issue (Guest Editors: Maria-Eleni K. Agoraki, Davide Furceri and Georgios P. Kouretas)
The Journal of Economic Asymmetries will publish a special issue with papers presented at the conference. The topic of the special issue is “Macroeconomic and Commercial Policies Amid Shifting Global Relations: Persistent Asymmetries in the Global Economic Order”. All submitted papers on this topic will be considered for the special issue.

The International Journal of Finance and Economics will publish a special section with papers presented at the conference.

The European Journal of Political Economy will publish a special issue with papers presented at the conference. The topic of the special issue is “The Political Economy of the European Debt Crisis”. All submitted papers on this topic will be considered for the special issue.
