JERS Seminars

    The Joint Economic Research Seminar Series (JERS) is an online meeting platform for faculty members and researchers from collaborating Departments of Economics across eight Greek universities:

    • University of Piraeus (host)
    • University of Ioannina
    • University of Macedonia
    • Athens University of Economics and Business
    • University of Crete
    • National and Kapodistrian University of Athens
    • Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
    • University of Patras

    The aim of JERS is to create an interactive research community encompassing the majority of Economics Departments in the country. Its ultimate goal is the dissemination of knowledge, the strengthening of interdepartmental collaboration, and the promotion of the outward-looking character of Greek Economics Departments by leveraging new communication technologies (platforms).
